  They couldn't figure out how to sell me a decaf coffee in my own reusable container. Ended up getting my mug filled about 1/3 of the way for the price of a large coffee. How about a little training for the employees? The employee was busy rubbing her eyes and yawning and acting like the customers were a pest.
