  Robertson's installed the air conditioning in my new construction house. A year later the evaporator coil needed to be replaced and they did so at no cost (under parts and labor warranty).
  
  The next year the replacement coil went bad and needed to be replaced. Multiple phone calls were made and voicemails left with Robertson's office but I could not get anyone to come out to my house to replace the coil. Several MONTHS later, they finally came out to my house (three hours late) and replaced the coil.
  
  I was billed for labor, but the coil was still under parts warranty. I called Robertson's and told them I had no problem paying for the labor, but I wanted a discount on the Freon since it took them almost half of a year to replace the coil which was leaking Freon. The receptionist told me she would have the owner call me to discuss the bill. No one called me back.
  
  Three months later, I called Robertson's and told them I wanted to pay the bill, but had not heard back from the owner to discuss the bill as I was told would happen. The receptionist rudely told me I could either pay the bill in full, or it would go to a collection agency. She acted as though they had done me a favor by not turning it over to collections so far. I told her I would pay the bill in full and be sure to let others know about their [sarcasm] wonderful service [/sarcasm]!
